Our Purpose:

The purpose of Fields of Hope at 2 Rivers Church is to impassion it's members with a heart for every child through adoption, foster care, and orphan care and to provide the fatherless with a knowledge of the Hope found through the love of Jesus Christ.

·         Raising awareness of orphan care/ adoption/ foster care

·         Recruiting adoptive families

·         Recruiting foster families

·         Providing opportunities for orphan outreach

Our Calling:

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.James 1:27

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

·         Top three accomplishments: 2009 Operation Christmas child; 2009 Orphan Sunday service; 2009 Adoption Awareness month.

·         We have to this point impacted nearly 200 orphans

·         FOH has helped 2 families and 3 children throughout placement (Dec 2009)
